Skills and experience: Peter brings over 30 years of investment banking experience, with deep expertise in M&A and broader corporate finance advisory work. Over the course of his career, Peter has held senior executive positions at S.G. Warburg/UBS, Goldman Sachs, Lazard and Hawkpoint Partners/Canaccord Genuity. Peter has previously served on the board of Tungsten Corporation, where he was audit committee chair and senior independent director, at Lifeways Group, as chair and audit committee chair, and at Business LDN, as non-executive director and chair of the remuneration and finance committees. Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) from Cambridge University.
