The Victrex Management Team (VMT) has representation from key business functions, ensuring the CEO and CFO have visibility on the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, commercial progress with customers, as well as stakeholder interests. The VMT meets monthly and works to support the business in delivering profitable growth, nurturing our innovative culture, as well as ensuring consistent and appropriate communications both internally and externally. Cross functional representation ensures that we can focus on how the Group can deliver with safety, speed, quality and accountability.
